I hate to sound like a broken record, but I will announce and repeat these recalls for as long as these companies continue to put pets and people at risk.
Again it is Diamond pet foods. I have read it was from the plant in Missouri this time and that the food was made August 26 but not packaged until Sept 27 and Oct 18. What did they do with it between those dates? How many contaminates, how much bacteria was it exposed to before being packaged and shipped out for you to buy?
I know people will continue to buy pet food made from this company, but why when they have problem after problem? Is it the cost of the cheap food that makes people go that way? Is it that the public in general does not know what goes on in this industry? Possibly a little of both.
So please everyone take a look at the recall and pass it along to your friends. If it grows in size like the one last month there will be more to announce and people need to be on the look out.
The most current recall affects product distributed in the following states Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. That’s a big area. Please get the word out.
