It’s storming again. I swear it’s doing it just because my foul mood wasn’t enough to sate the Gods of Misery.
My jaw still hurts up into my eye socket and I think I am developing a sinus infection. I have a tension headache and I am preparing for the rest of my body to hurt after cleaning up this latest round of winter weather.
My postaweek is getting hard to keep up with. Not because of lack of material, but because I refuse to use this blog as my place to whine and complain. There are many other people who are going through rough times. No one wants to read my wha wha boo hoos. I don’t even want to write about them.
Instead I choose to make a lot of wine.
I will sing and dance because tomorrow is the first day of spring. March is usually the longest month of the school year but this year we have had so many days off it’s over half over already. YEA!
My husband didn’t go on his road trip to Brooklyn like he planned. Instead he cancelled so I wouldn’t be home cleaning up this mess by myself. He’s still my best guy.
Tomorrow is early release for one of the schools so I might just have to be on standby for the afternoon. Which translates to I get to read or push myself to write.
It’s almost Easter, my birthday, and mom’s birthday. That means CAKE and more importantly FROSTING!!!!
My short-term goal:Make it to April for Peanut butter eggs and frosting.

Hope you get to feeling better! I had that stuff for six weeks and almost never got over it, but I did. It was so bad I had developed an abscess on my sinus cavity. You are correct though, we have many good things in our life. It is beautiful here and am going to feritlize my yard today. I love spring weather!! God Bless, SR
Well HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY!!!
Hope you feel better soon. Sounds like winter doesn’t want to leave this year. I like your plan to ride it out with wine and frosting. Cheers.
